Considered the most common form of massage and uses firm pressure to promote relaxation, relieve muscle aches, and improve circulation. The practitioner uses gliding strokes, tapping, kneading, and friction. Massage oil is often used.
Thai / Shiatsu - $85hr / $110 1 1/2 hr
Thai massage stretches and loosens the body, often through the assumption of yoga-like stances. The pratitioner uses his hands and feet to apply pressure to pressure points through the body. The practitioner rubs, squeezes, and applies pressure to areas needing attention.
Deep Tissue - $85hr / $110 1 1/2 hr
Deep tissue massage targets the deeper layers of muscle and connective tissue. The massage therapist uses slower strokes or friction techniques across the grain of the muscle.
Reflexology - $45 30min
Reflexology involves applying pressure to certain points on the foot that correspond to the organs and systems in the body. Reflexology is very relaxing, especially for people who stand on their feet all day or just have tired achy feet.

Hydrolifting - $120
Hydrolifting is recognized for the intensive moisturizing and exceptional lifting and firming it provides the skin. It deep cleanses and moisturizes to reduce the appearance of fine lines and wrinkles, and lifts and firms the face and neck.
Collagen - $120
The Collagen facial is designed for all skin types and conditions, but is most suitable for mature or fatigued skin. This skin renewing treatment hydrates and regenerates the skin to reduce the appearance of fine lines and wrinkles.
French - $100
The French facial is like a mini-lift for the face, where the muscles become more toned and rejuvenated. Facial treatments using Cellectronic low frequency and low intensity micro-currents, combined with the botanical principles of specific plants that cleanse, detoxify, nourish and tone the face, neck and décolleté.

Oxygen - $85

In order for the skin to be healthy and function properly, it must be adequately balanced with oxygen, water, and nutrients, as well as have good microcirculation and lymph drainage. Since we aren’t able to get enough oxygen into the skin through inhalation and there aren’t any blood vessels in the outer layer of the skin, the capillaries are responsible for supplying the skin cells with oxygen and nutrients. There are several factors that can cause the skin’s cells to become oxygen-deprived and function poorly, such as acne, smoking, dehydrated skin, and pre/post operative skin. Oxygen facials will help improve these conditions.

A gentle exfoliation removes impurities and leaves your skin feeling soft and hydrated.
Derma (Microdermabrasion) - $130
The Derma facial is a combination of two facials, the European facial and Microdermabrasion. As an effective treatment to restore elasticity, microdermabrasion provides your skin with a healthy glow and more youthful appearance. After receiving this treatment skin is softer and has a more refined texture. This treatment aides in preventing aging skin, softening sun-damaged skin, and reducing some types of acne scarring and acne altered pigmentation, stretch marks, fine lines, and enlarged and clogged pores.
Glycolic - $95
The Glycolic facial gently peels the top layer of skin and removes dead skin cells to smooth and rejuvenate the skin’s appearance, reducing uneven pigmentation, acne scars, wrinkles, age spots, and more. Glycolic acid also aids in boosting new formation of collagen, which plumps cells and enhances the skin’s firmness.

Photo-Facial (Laser) - $100+
Facial skin treatment is the visible improvement of sun damaged skin through the use of laser technology to remove enlarged blood vessels and irregular pigmentation, and stimulate the underlying collagen.
